Lasers in Aesthetics means the use light-based technology for cosmetic treatments. LASER stands for light amplification by the stimulated emission of radiation. This energy is focused on small spots in the skin which helps treat skin conditions such as excess hair, acne, aging, pigmentation etc.
In our course, we will be talking about 3 of the main lasers in use today which can be used to achieve a variety of results – IPL, Diode, and Picosure. We will guide you through the process of understanding the technology and indications for lasers as well as how to use them safely and effectively.
This is a short course, however, we are very thorough with the syllabus and help you learn what you need in the least amount of time so you can get started.
